St. Antony Anbiyam

Our Patron

St. Anthony of Padua is one of the Church’s most popular saints. A Franciscan friar known for his powerful preaching and expert knowledge of Scripture, he is the Patron Saint of lost things, the poor, and travelers. He is often depicted holding the Infant Jesus and a lily.

The actions of the righteous are the seeds of eternity. — St. Anthony.

  • Community Spirit: The St. Antony Anbiyam in Satwa is a community that believes in the power of intercession and the “miracle of small things.” Like our Patron, we aim to be “Preachers of the Word” through our actions. Our members are deeply involved in the charitable works of the SMTC, often leading initiatives to help those in need within our neighborhood. Our community spirit is rooted in “finding and restoring.” Just as St. Anthony helps find lost objects, we aim to help those who might feel spiritually lost to find their way back to the heart of the Parish Church. We are a tightly-knit group that treats every Saturday prayer meeting as a family reunion.
